It’s time to pull out your calendars and make room for our next Celebrate Recovery Leadership Meeting coming up SUNDAY, October 11th at noon in Adult Classroom A/B. (We may start a few minutes later to allow the people to arrive from other locations) No food, but here are some of the other appetizing information we’ll digest during the meeting:
- Organizational Planning: We’ll look at starting plans for upcoming events, including possibilities for end of the year activities.
- CR Inside: We’ll have an update on CR Inside at the Jefferson County Jail, on both the Men’s and Women’s sides.
- Outreach Efforts: News on our connection with other groups, both inside Faith Community Church, across Jefferson County, throughout the state, and across the country with Celebrate Recovery national.
- Scheduling: Bring your calendar so we can plan the rest of this year! We still have a few holes in the schedule, so you are needed!
- New ALT Materials for 2027: The newly revised Celebrate Recovery Advanced Leadership Training Guide and the Celebrate Recovery 35th Anniversary Leader’s Kit offer major updates to equip ministry leaders. We are attempting to have these new materials in place for 2027, as we re-start with Lesson 1. This will mean that those of you leading lesson weeks will need updates so what you teach matches the new content. We’ll talk through what that looks like, and hpow we’ll be implementing that change.
