It’s time to pull out your calendars and make room for our next Celebrate Recovery Leadership Meeting coming up SUNDAY, June 22nd at noon in Adult Classroom C. (We may start a few minutes later to allow the people to arrive from other locations) We’ll start with food, so bring a dish to share! Here’s some of the other appetizing information we’ll digest during the meeting:
- Organizational Planning: We’ll look through some of the plans for upcoming events, including possibilities for our Summer picnic!
- CR Inside: We’ll have an update on the current activity trying to bring CR to the Jefferson County Jail.
- Outreach Efforts: News on our connection with other groups, both inside Faith Community Church, across Jefferson County, throughout the state, and across the country with Celebrate Recovery national.
- Scheduling: Bring your calendar so we can plan July and August! We still have a few holes in the schedule, so you are needed!
- Technology: We’ll have a few minutes available for any tech issues, on any of the stuff we use within CR.
- Promotion: Discussion about announcements and planning for our video clips.
Scheduling Note
If you’ve served on one of the important roles that it takes to make Monday night meetings successful, you’ve probably gotten an email from “no-reply@planningcenteronline.com” asking you to confirm that you’re still good with the plan for the evening. If you can’t, click the [Decline] button as soon as you know, so we can find someone else. These messages typically go out every Tuesday for the next Monday, six days in advance. The sooner you can respond, the more time we have to make sure we have a complete crew for Monday.
Have you been on the schedule but haven’t seen any of these messages? Check your junk mail folder and trust messages from “no-reply@planningcenteronline.com” to make sure you are notified.
Want an even easier answer? Download the “Planning Center Services” app. You’ll get a notification whenever the your schedule is updated, with easy one-button check-in. If you have problems setting that up, ask Mike at the meeting, and he’ll get you going.
